FAQ
Do I have to be there for the photoshoot?
No. We want to make this as convenient as possible for you so that you can focus on fun parts of your business. You can use a lockbox to provide access to the location.
How long will it take to get my pics?
Digital products will be sent to your email 24-48 hours from the day of the photoshoot for your final approval. Shipping details for prints or any physical add-ons that you order will be sent to your email with an eta.
Can I change the session date on the day of?
The deadline to change the date of the photoshoot will be 24 hours before the scheduled day. Any changes past the deadline will require a new deposit to reschedule.
Why is there a nonrefundable deposit?
In order to maintain our high standards and quality service for all our clients we collect a good faith deposit for appointments. The funds will go towards your final order. For example, if you order the Premium package for $250 you would pay the $50 deposit for the appointment and only the remaining $200 once your order is completed.
Can I share my mobile gallery app?
Yes! The app will have built in links to share to your social media accounts or email your clients and friends a link to download it straight to their phones.
